Our Pizza Kit has everything you need to make a delicious restaurant standard pizza right in your home kitchen. Get creative with Amò’s range of unique toppings or raid your fridge and go crazy with the combinations to build your own masterpiece.

Each kit serves a perfect 12 inch pizza and comes with our signature slow-fermented dough, a sauce of your choice and a whole buffalo mozzarella cheese. A selection of Amò’s house-cured meats, cheeses and delicious toppings are available for add-ons.

THE BETTER DOUGH 
Amò’s amazing pizza dough is a result of temperature-controlled leavening and aged mother starter, cultivated in-house since 5 years ago. Using the finest flour from one to the best Italian mulino (mill), every dough takes over 30 hours to slowly ferment for greater flavour and better digestibility.

INSTRUCTIONS


Dual Method - Frying Pan & Grill : With Flour

  • Let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours. 

  • Pre-heat the oven grill at 230°C  (or the maximum heat of your oven).

  • Heat a large frying pan at high heat.

  • On a lightly floured surface, dust the dough with flour on both the top and bottom, and push the dough out to the same size of your pan. The bottom of the dough from the container should be the base of the pizza.

  • Transfer it to the heated frying pan.

  • Spread sauce on pizza, scatter with cheese and top with your favourite ingredients. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, but always check the bottom of the pizza to avoid burning the base.

  • Transfer the pan to the oven grill. Place it on the top rack closest to the grill, for further 2 minutes or until golden brown. If your pan has a plastic handle, transfer only the pizza.

Oven Method : With Olive Oil

  • Let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours. 

  • Pre-heat the oven at 230°C (or the maximum heat of your oven).

  • Pour 3/4 of the olive oil on a baking tray, then place the dough. Pour the rest of the olive oil on the top of the dough.

  • Use your hands to push the dough out into a disc of around 10-12” in diameter, or you can also follow the same size of your tray.

  • Spread sauce on pizza, scatter with cheese and top with your favourite ingredients. 

  • Place the tray into the centre rack of the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until both top and bottom are cooked to golden brown. Feel free to adjust the position of your tray in the oven to ensure that both top and bottom of the pizza is cooked.
